Best enjoyed outside with strangers.

We’ve been serving this coffee in our Yorkshire Dales shop since day one, and we still love it as much as we did with that very first sip.

We’ve blended Brazillian Yellow Borbon Deterra and Colombian Tacueyo coffees, to create a cup that we think tastes a bit like milk chocolate, citrus fruits and brown sugar.

All the profits from this coffee go directly into helping the Wildish Club create more spaces for outside people.

Story

This blend is built on two incredible coffees. The Brazil Daterra Yellow Borbon brings the kind of caramel sweetness and citrus brightness that makes a cup instantly inviting, while the Colombia Tacueyó adds depth—layers of apple, raspberry, and toffee with just a hint of lime to keep things interesting.

But a great coffee isn’t just about flavour—it’s about how it’s grown and who grows it. Daterra is one of the most sustainable coffee farms on the planet, pioneering reforestation, carbon sequestration, and water conservation in Brazil. Meanwhile, Tacueyó is produced by 521 smallholder farmers in Colombia, working together to improve not just their coffee but their communities. These are the kinds of producers we want to work with—people doing things the right way.

Facts

This blend is designed to work beautifully across all brew methods—whether you’re making coffee over a campfire or dialling in an espresso at home.

For a balanced, rich cup:
French Press (Cafetière) – Ratio: 1:15 (e.g., 30g coffee : 450ml water)
Brew time: 4 minutes
For a clean, bright cup:

Pour Over (V60, Chemex) – Ratio: 1:16 (e.g., 20g coffee : 320ml water)
Brew time: 3:30 - 4 minutes
For a syrupy, intense experience:

Espresso – Ratio: 1:2 (e.g., 18g coffee : 36g espresso)
Extraction time: 25-30 seconds
No matter how you brew it, expect a cup that’s sweet, smooth, and packed with bright flavours.
